01About this website

This website tells you about WUEB and the websites, software, dashboards and backend systems we build, and lets you get in touch. It is for general information only and does not by itself create any contract between you and us.

02Projects and quotes

Any project we do for you is governed by the written proposal, quote or agreement we send you and you accept. That document sets out the scope, price, payment terms, timeline, deliverables, ownership of the work and support, and it takes priority over anything on this website.

Prices, timelines, processes and examples described on this site (including in the FAQ, on the Process page and in the Wueb chat assistant) are general guides, not offers or guarantees. Your actual quote and timeline depend on your project.

03Using the site

You may browse and share this site for personal and business purposes. You agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or harms us or anyone else;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or disrupt them;
• copy, scrape or reuse substantial parts of the site, its design or its content without our written permission;
• send us anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else’s rights.

04Our content and brand

The WUEB name and logo, the Wueb bear character, and the text, design, graphics, animations and code of this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Screenshots of client projects are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners. Nothing on this site gives you a licence to use our brand or content beyond viewing the site.

05The Wueb chat assistant

The chat assistant gives short, pre-written answers to common questions. Its answers are a friendly guide, not professional advice or a binding statement; for anything important, confirm with our team directly.

06Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as client sites and WhatsApp. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

07No warranty

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or completely up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Our liability for project work is set out in your project agreement.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
